Hello, my name is Alison.

I specialise in treating clients who are in pain, using a variety of treatments including deep tissue and sports massage. I believe that the best results come when the mind and body are in balance, so I also offer a wide range of relaxation treatments too, including hot stones, reflexology, aromatherapy, and Indian Head massage.

I am also a qualified yoga teacher, so don't be surprised if you're given some yoga stretches to practice at home at the end of your treatment!

When I'm not treating clients I can be found watching live music, attempting to do Crossfit, walking on the beach, or enjoying one of the amazing vegan options that Folkestone's many restaurants and cafes have to offer.

I am always ready to welcome new clients.
